Double Viral Marketing - RSS Re-Syndication
When I visit other sites and blogs I always check out the chicklets on the sidebars. If you don’t know, chicklets are the little icons sprinkled all over your site. Here’s one:

Here’ s one I saw today:
It takes you to the RapidFeeds site. RapidFeeds has come up with a terrific idea it calls Re-Syndication, which allows you the chance to offer other sites the chance to put my RSS feed on their site. All you need to do is click the chicklet and you will be brought to the RapidFeeds web site and asked to create an account. Once you do that you can get code for PHP, ASP, Javascript or iFrames that will allow you to place my RSS feed right on your website. Like this:

Not bad for free. I think it’s a terrific idea, and it’s double viral - a viral application for spreading your viral RSS feed. I love it.

Sounds cool … The idea is useful but it’s gonna take some time to get popular … Good ideas dont always catch up fast … Even Google wasn’t popular in the start!
