Putting the bite on merchants that don’t pay
It’s a fact of life that there are some slimy merchants out there. Enough where there are always Did you receive your check? posts on Sitepoint and other sites. Sometimes we just don’t get paid, and there’s really nothing we can do about it. Until now.
The Affiliate Collection Agency has the temerity to get your money for you. It’s interesting that someone who uses the word temerity would have few errors on their home page.
I think this is a great idea, and so do a few other people who have tried it. A testimonial:

Affiliates definitely need more protection like this. I recently read this article that outlines some practices you should use for eyeing the right affiliate programs (or avoiding the bad ones):
